Payment and Refund Policy



1. Payment Methods

All transactions made on our website are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your data. We do not store your card or banking information.


2. Order Confirmation


Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.


3. Shipping and Delivery


After your payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. You will receive tracking information once the product is shipped.


4. Refund Policy


Eligibility for Refunds

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or expired, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that does not match your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.


Refund Process

2. Return the Product: If applicable, you may be required to return the product in its original packaging. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange for pick-up, depending on your location.
3. Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Products purchased during special promotions or sales (unless damaged or defective)


5. Order Cancellation


• By Customer: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund after receiving the product, as per our refund policy.
• By Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons like stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any issue with the transaction. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.


6. Exchange Policy


We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, you can request a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
